Mission & Philosophy: | The philosophy of Learning Home International Kindergarten is to encourage all of our children to develop personal values and independent thought processes that will enable them to adjust , both intelligentley and harmoniously to the ever changing world that we live in whatever their background may be.
We feel that education should foster a childs ability for independent thinking and communication in this modern day society,also a good social awareness of other peoples ideals and cultures. |
Curriculum: | Our curriculum follows the U.K. curriculum,we encourage a hands on approach to learning to give our children a more practical approach and proactive learning skills in all subjects. Learning should be fun, happy children learn with ease and pleasure, thus ensuring that lessons are indeed remembered and expanded upon with ease as the children step through their learning experience |
Levels/Classes: | Maximum class size is 15. (fifteen) children in any one class. All clasess are taught by qualified native speakers, who also have a qualified Thai team teacher and at least one nanny in the class at all times. We accept children from the age of one year and three months of age into our Pre school nursery classes. All other class entrance ages are shown below. K.1 3.years old. K.2 4.years old. K.3. 5years old.
We will also accept children on a short term basis of up to 6 months duration if parents are on a short term posting in Thailand. |
Tuition Fees: | Keng Chuan School. Pre. K. Nursery classes B.45,000. per term. K.1.to K.3. B.52,500. per term. The above fees include all snacks and lunches during normal school times.
Registration fee. B.20,000. (one time payment.) |
Facilities: | Keng Chuan has a salt water swimming pool and is situated in a very green and secure setting enabling the children to enjoy nature walks in complete safety. we also have Tai Kwondo classes each Thursday through normal term time. After school activities and special classes are available as parents wish, these are at extra cost. |
